Inside the Role
This position is the key owner of the syndication process, identifying opportunities for partner engagement, process optimization, and platform enhancements. This role drives strategic syndication initiatives across DTFS by working cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders to establish and scale syndication processes and with that, push DTFS toward desired financial results. In addition, this position collaborates with internal departments (credit, legal, risk, treasury and operations) to ensure alignment and timely execution of syndication deals.Posting Information

What You Drive
- Create term sheets, coordinate due diligence, and review legal documentation and pitch books
- Prepare and analyze management reports on syndicated loan portfolio
- Review and interpret complex legal documentation to ensure compliance with deal terms
- Identify and mitigate operational risks through control checks and process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, credit, operations) and external syndicate members
- Track market trends and industry developments related to syndicated loans
- Maintain a strong attention to detail, deliver high quality work product, and complete work in assigned timeframes
- Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process optimization, partner engagement, and platform enhancements.
- Lead strategic initiatives to expand the syndication program’s scalability and increase funding partners
- Lead transaction structuring, including development of term sheets, coordination of due diligence, and review of legal documentation
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance
- Over 2 years of experience in Loan Syndication, including structuring, negotiating, and managing syndicated loan transactions.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple financial institutions, and support end-to-end deal execution.
- Knowledge of syndicated loan markets and regulations.
- A strong understanding of financial analysis and modeling.
- Ability to collect data and establish facts and identify trends and variances, ability to formulate the test hypothesis for the purpose of forecasting.
- Project leader, team member project management.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams, involving communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with relevant software, including Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis and reporting tools, financial databases.
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or related field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
