  • Responsible for all plastic parts ESG evaluation in the vehicle

  • Staying updated on emerging ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Strong knowledge in Plastic Engineering, from Raw material, Manufacturing processes, Latest trend in Manufacturing technology, Post production techniques, Automotive application knowledge until recycling
  • Proficiency in conducting ESG assessments, analyzing data, and identifying material issues.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and experience in preparing sustainability reports.
  • Ability to develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and frameworks tailored to the organization's objectives and industry.
  • Financial acumen to link sustainability initiatives to business value and articulate the financial implications of ESG practices.
  • Experience in conducting stakeholder engagement and managing relationships with investors, regulators, NGOs, and other key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management, data analysis, and utilizing ESG-related software tools.
  • Technical know-how of Cabin Interiors, Exteriors and Chassis parts with Plastic usage (Bus and Truck)
  • Experience with Product Development Life Cycle for automotive domain

  • Must be well versed in MS office tools
