Roles & Responsibility:
- Developing and implementing ESG strategies, policies, and frameworks that align with the organization's values and goals.
- Conducting thorough ESG assessments and identifying key sustainability risks, opportunities, and performance indicators.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG practices across various business functions, including operations, supply chain, human resources, and finance.
- Monitoring and reporting on ESG performance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Responsible for all plastic parts ESG evaluation in the vehicle
- Engaging with stakeholders, such as investors, employees, customers, and communities, to communicate the organization's sustainability efforts and foster meaningful relationships.
- Staying updated on emerging ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge in Plastic Engineering, from Raw material, Manufacturing processes, Latest trend in Manufacturing technology, Post production techniques, Automotive application knowledge until recycling
- Proficiency in conducting ESG assessments, analyzing data, and identifying material issues.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and experience in preparing sustainability reports.
- Ability to develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and frameworks tailored to the organization's objectives and industry.
- Financial acumen to link sustainability initiatives to business value and articulate the financial implications of ESG practices.
- Experience in conducting stakeholder engagement and managing relationships with investors, regulators, NGOs, and other key stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management, data analysis, and utilizing ESG-related software tools.
- Technical know-how of Cabin Interiors, Exteriors and Chassis parts with Plastic usage (Bus and Truck)
- Experience with Product Development Life Cycle for automotive domain
- Knowledge of Customer business, Operations, Applications and Customer Expectations
- Must be well versed in MS office tools

- Sound understanding of environmental, social and corporate governance aspects,
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and trends, as well as their networking,
- Understanding of sustainability reporting and regulatory requirements,
- Competence in the planning, implementation and monitoring of sustainability projects,
