Shall carry out the following activities:

Ensures that the equipments are available for daily production.
Prepare Standard Work Instruction/Job Element Sheet for activities.
Spare Parts Planning
Follow up of critical spares and general spares management.
Timely updating of drawings.
Engaging with individual department activities.
Proper house keeping of the assigned areas.
Calibration of transducers & other instruments.
Planning and execution of Preventive Maintenance schedule.
Equipment / tooling fixtures trouble shooting.
Activities assigned out of department objectives.
Responsible for optimizing Energy usage and conservation programs.
All other activities as assigned by the manager from time to time.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement in their respective work areas to support company objectives.
Startup and Shutdown activities.
