Coordinate production quality engineering and planning (process FMEA, Q-control plans) for vehicle assembly lines.

Ensure product quality and reduce DPU caused by production failures by continuously improving production processes and work operations in cooperation with production managers

Lead Failure analysis and Continuous improvement Process in the production and ensure Kaizen and 5 S program

Execute Processes, Torque audits and initiates corrective and preventive actions.

1	Quality Management standards, processes and tools Definition of Bus body Assembly quality assurance process Definition of check sheets for Bus body Assembly & main assemblies Implementation of specific QM processes, standards and tools in all production related functions Define & implement IT system for quality data capture, analysis and control
2	Product Quality Assurance Definition of quality plan for Bus Body Asssembly Definition of measures for potential failure modes through PFMEA, control plan Establishment of a 4Ms to ensure quality of a vehicle Establishment support of Quality feedback loop in Bus body Assembly processes Execution of SPC for test results
3	Support product & plant projects Cross functional team member in Vehicle Assembly define QM requirements Quality assurance activities in Vehicle Assembly in proto development process Execution support for station release process Concern resolution for the concerns observed during vehicle manaufacturing
4	Product audit (geometry) Establishement of feedback system and measures for Bus body assembly concerns Creation of work instruction
5	QM Staff Management Direct and manage the Bus Body Assembly QA Associates (inspectors) Training and evaluation Monitor and improve processes
6	Leadership 3 ~ 6 years of experience in a leading Quality Management department, or as a Quality incharge with comprehensive knowledge about quality management system and profound experience in automotive vehicle production Interpret oral and written material, grasp key points and take forward any necessary action Present information in a logical order within clear guidelines and ability to use own initiative to top management Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and manage the internal work of the authority effectively to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard within agreed timescales Excellent interpersonal skills in order to communicate with internal and external colleagues. Good team player with a flexible approach to work and understanding of shop floor requirements

3 ~ 6 years of experience in quality functions within Automotive Industry, ideally experience in operative quality management, experiences in project-management, leadership capabilities, detailed knowledge of the Bus Body assembly product quality, intercultural experiences, continuos improvement methods
