- Knowledge of CSR Laws, Knowledge of Impact Assessment frameworks, Networking skills.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or social impact roles within a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-stakeholder projects and driving measurable social outcomes.
- Familiarity with CSR regulations under the Companies Act and other statutory requirements.

- Maintain CSR Dashboard and presentations to Leadership / Board/ CSR Committee etc.
- Process ownership on all CSR initiatives taken by the organization
- Responsible for project conceptualization to complete life cycle of projects in line with the organizations vision and mission aligned to the thrust areas.
- Conduct projects site visits, interact with the partners and communities to measure the impact and identify gaps/issues to be address.
- Documentation of best practices. Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reports on CSR projects activities and periodic presentation to senior management for review.
- Responsible for presentations to senior management for project approval, implementation plan, resource mobilization, execution & field work, monitoring progress, day to day management of CSR processes and programs, data analysis of the accomplished as well as on-going projects, preparing reports.
- Ensuring requisite documents and clearances are available for individual projects
- Creating a pipeline of projects with budgets and requirements
Degree in Law and MSW / MBA HR / MBA – CSR / MA in Social Work /PH.D in Social work/ PG Diploma in Community Development.
