Inventory Funding Management & Business Analytics

  • Maintaining strong stakeholder relationship and developing lean inventory funding system for Spares and Lubes
  • Managing Financier portfolio and ensure to have better level playing field for the financing partners
  • Monitoring Channel Partners financial health and financial discipline
  • Monitor & support channel partners achieve business sustainable
  • Development of alternative financing partners and products for additional business growth
  • Business process streamline with robust system (Vehicles and Spares Inventory funding)
  • Setting up risk free collection system to ensure 100% collection for spares business on DAY 1
  • Setting up end to end collection system to measure dealer stock gaps and performance measure
  • Develop and modify new policy and implement to drive growth across the channel partners

 

Inventory Funding Management – Spares

 

  • Fund analysis to be done for identifying inventory funding gaps in line with OP targets for spares and lubes 
  • Preparation of daily inventory limit 
  • Daily reporting to zonal team on fund position for meeting billing target
  • Fund confirmation and coordination for daily order release and ensuring no billing without funds
  • Monitor dealer fund gap based on churning and frequent overdue situation
  • Weekly review with Zonal team on the fund position for supporting wholesale targets

Collection and Reconciliation:

 

  • Collection tracker to be updated on timely basis
  • Projection to be given on daily collection plan to F&C
  • Preparation of indents as per the required bank formats and ensure 100% collection of funds on Day 1
  • Coordinate with partners ensuring the timely collection of indents 
  • Reconcile the payment received from Bank as per the indents and collection tracker and ensuring 100% accounting confirmation to AR team in Day 1. 

 

Business Analytics & MIS

 

  • Power BI dashboard updation and circulation to Zonal team for the weekly review on dealer performance
  • End to End collection tracking for analyzing dealer repayments and stock gaps 
  • Monthly penetration reporting 
  • Financier performance analysis and report circulation
  • Dealer stock ageing analysis for Vehicles and Parts
  • Preparation of management presentation and timely circulation of report. 

Audit/process and policy

 

  • Develop and modify new policy and implement to drive growth across the channel partners 

 

  • Coordinate with auditors for any process audits – internal/external
