Shall be responsible for the following areas: · Start up activities of NPM stores · Follow up activities with suppliers for materials · Data entry in excel , power points & SAP · PR generation in SAP · GRN preparation, Binning, Issues & documentations relating to TS16949/ISO14000 · Daily monitoring of issues & critical shortages triggering · FIFO system · Maintaining Documents up dation & co-ordination with Finance for payments, follow up with procurement for Ordering status · PO track · 5S & work area discipline

Knowledge on ISO / TS16949 and EMS system · Exposure on TPM / problem solving / 5S / MSDS / PPE’s / Hazard identification / Safe work practices · Spare Parts Management / ASRS / Kanban System · Knowledge on Statutory requirements in facilities like material handling equipments etc. · Knowledge Consumables (Indirect materials)
