This is your chance to join us as we define the next chapter of the trucking industry.In this position, you'll be an in a very dynamic and exciting role as an integral team member of the ATI Group prototype vehicle Software (SW) update team. This team drives and supports the SW integration and checking of Electrical/ Electronic aspects for Prototype vehicle assembly and deployment. The team is foundational and a critical part of engineering development. This team works closely with upstream design partners, and downstream test partners.

Position offers a starting salary range of $86,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What you Drive at DTNA
- Support ATI Group Prototype vehicle commissioning and troubleshooting & SW update activities at DTNA PVE prototype buildup campus locations
- Organize and support activities for team related to planning, documentation, reporting and development of new methods and processes for SW updates, SW commissioning and troubleshooting on prototype vehicles
- Support Prototype vehicle updates supervisor with day to day tasks related to vehicle SW updates, and supporting the team
- Execute SW updates on prototype vehicles using proprietary tools
- Create and track open issues
- Maintain high level of quality – physical work performed, documentation, and sign-off of work completed
- Insure vehicles are safe to operate and shop safety is #1 priority
- Organize and drive SW planning and daily huddles and team meetings as needed related to SW updates and vehicle commissioning
- Align with global colleagues to deploy common processes and methods where possible
- Align with design colleagues to ensure best processes are deployed and continuously improved upon
- Align with build teams to ensure seamless integration, improved quality and timely build of prototype vehicles
- Challenge and develop top performance amongst self
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering and 2-4 years of related experience, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree, is required
- Experience with Diagnostic tools is required (DiagnosticLink, Cummins InSite, WABCO Toolbox, etc.)
- Experience with CAN tools and deployment of SW to vehicles
- Assertiveness, ability to support strategic direction, strong social skills, and collaborative approach in daily activities
- Commercial Driver’s License or ability to obtain one within the first 6 months is required
- Demonstrated strong verbal & written skills
- Team player with a resilient, positive attitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- An attached resume is required
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
- Experience with analysis of CAN traces
- Experience with JIRA for issues tracking
- Knowledge of DTNA products, for both Diesel & EPowertrain
- Knowledge of Heavy truck Automotive Electrical / Electronic systems
- Experience in Troubleshooting HW & SW related issues
