As the Senior Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Customer Service and Parts, you will:
- Lead day-to-day Service Centre and Mobile Technician activities.
- Deliver on budgets, targets, and quality standards.
- Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing team.
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues effectively.
- Drive new business opportunities and growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll make a real impact on both team performance and customer satisfaction.
We’re looking for someone with:
- HNC/D in Motor Vehicle or Mechanical Engineering (minimum).
- Proven management experience in the commercial motor vehicle industry (Bus & Coach or Truck & Van preferred).
- A track record of leading teams, managing budgets, and delivering profitability.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and commercial skills.
