The role will include:
- Handling inbound/outbound calls to support parts sales
- Assisting eCommerce customers with parts identification and ordering
- Providing expert technical support for complex parts queries
- Processing customer returns and credit notes
- Keeping customers informed about order status and backorders
- Delivering outstanding customer service every step of the way
- Promoting current offers and special deals
- Supporting wider business needs as required
Who You’ll Work With:
- Customers (retail, wholesale, eCommerce)
- Internal departments (technical, warehouse, finance)
Experience:
- Experience with Customer Service & Parts
Personal Profile:
- Must have proof of right to work in the UK
- GCSEs (A-C in Maths & English) or equivalent is desirable
- Experience in a busy parts sales’ environment is essential
- City & Guilds Vehicle Parts qualification (or similar) is desirable
- Familiarity with BusParts Catalogue, VeDOC, SAP is desirable
- Strong IT skills
- Confident communicator with ability to negotiate effectively
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, consistently meet targets, and deliver results

- Salary from £28,800 plus a 5% variable bonus.
- 39-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
