Job Description: Business Manager- Trucks sales
Channel management:
- Volume and Market share target achievement for assigned dealer.
- Define dealership manpower structure & identify development plan for team.
- Manage key customers from assigned region to generate regular business for DICV.
- Implement BharatBenz sales processes at dealership.
Business Planning:
- Formulate & execute activities to agreed budget & timescales.
- Develop and present business plans for the zone to management.
Business Intelligence & Report Generation:
- Document and provide regular updates to management on implementation of sales plan. Prepare weekly & monthly MIS updates.
- Map competition actions & propose counter strategies.
