- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proven expertise in material flow simulation software (e.g., AnyLogic, FlexSim, Arena, Plant Simulation).
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Experience with AI and machine learning applications in logistics.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations.
