Objective of the position:
Focus on improving employee experience and efficiency to meet our changing workforce needs with the implementation of the different HR/OPT solution as well as its integration with other external financial, benefits, and compensation systems. This position will be responsible for the analysis, configuration, development, and maintenance of streamlined system integrations working with our business colleagues in order to create a seamless employee and management experience in support of our HR functions from the IT perspective.
Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Generates systems software engineering policies, standards and procedures.
Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):
- HR areas and definitions
- Knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, and BIRT preferred
- SQL query knowledge including ability to write complex queries
- Generate reports in Workforce analytics.
- English level: Advaced

Degree: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical area with at least 2 years of experiences

Main activities:
- Develops and executes a Development Operations strategy to ensure quality software deployments and overall application health and performance. Optimizes relationships between the development, quality assurance and IT operations teams.
- Gather functional and technical design specs to develop, test, deploy and support all integrations.
- Create and maintain technical integrations using Workday Studio, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, Web Services, XSLT, and xPath. (not limited)
- Manage analysis, system configurations, and deployment to production.
- Create, maintain, and improve custom reports, dashboards, and analytics. Write advanced reports that include creating calculated fields and maintaining dashboards, providing the HR Team and wider organization with accurate data.
- Work with and provide primary support for stakeholders, consultants, and support vendors to define, implement and maintain configurations, interfaces, and workflows for supported Modules.
- Promotes communication, integration, and collaboration for enhanced software development productivity.
- Work with Business Technology staff to resolve technical issues.
- Develops infrastructure to incorporate latest technology best practices and improve operational performance. Requires broad technical knowledge and experience across a variety of IT areas, including infrastructure, development, operations, and quality assurance
