Required Skills
Basic to intermediate JavaScript / GlideScript skills.
Knowledge of ServiceNow tables, workflows, notifications, and catalogs.
Familiarity with ATF and system properties.
Exposure to core modules (ITSM, Request Management, CMDB).
Good understanding of ServiceNow Update Sets and release cycle.
Experience in Service Portal Development and UI Customization.
Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management is a plus.
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules.

Create a catalog item for Laptop Request with approval workflow.
Build a script to auto-fill requester info from user record.
Develop a notification for change request assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, or other relevant applications.
Design and implement Workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
Customize and develop Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Flow Designer Workflows.
Implement ServiceNow security models such as ACLs, roles, and domain separation.
Perform Instance Upgrades, Patch Management, and Platform Optimization.
Develop ATF (Automated Test Framework) test cases and ensure platform stability.
Work on Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards for enhanced visibility.
Troubleshoot incidents, defects, and performance issues in the ServiceNow platform.
Document technical solutions, development processes, and best practices.
Participate in story grooming, sprint planning, and unit testing.
Document technical designs and assist in UAT coordination.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Certifications
Mandatory:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Preferred:
ITIL v4 Foundation
Ongoing CAD or relevant CIS certifications (optional but beneficial)
Communication Skills
Clear communication with business analysts and testers.
Able to articulate technical issues in a simple manner.
Proactive in asking questions and understanding business needs.
