We Take Care of Our Team
Position offers a starting salary range of $131,000.00 - $167,000.00 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
- Architecture Leadership: Lead the design and development of scalable architecture solutions for Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Security—partnering with business and technical teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
- Mentor & Guide: Provide leadership and technical guidance to analysts and junior team members. Help build team capability through coaching, modeling, and feedback.
- Release Planning & Delivery: Lead architectural planning for system changes and releases. Partner with stakeholders to scope, package, and deliver system updates that meet performance, risk, and integration needs.
- System Integration: Evaluate and ensure compatibility of products, services, and platforms across interdependent systems. Act as a subject matter expert in aligning IT architecture across the organization.
- Strategic Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams—bridging the gap between technical design and business strategy. Influence decision-making and gain alignment on architecture direction.
- Innovation & Standards: Identify emerging technologies and methods that improve scalability, security, and efficiency. Help define architectural standards that guide the work of others across the enterprise.
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Workday architecture, or 8+ years in lieu of a degree.
- Deep technical experience designing and implementing architecture across multiple integrated systems.
- Strong understanding of application frameworks, data management, systems integration, and cloud services.
- Experience planning and executing software/system release packages.
- Ability to lead architectural efforts across departments.
- Proven track record of mentoring analysts or junior team members.
- Confident communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for business leaders.
- Sophisticated analytical thinking to solve high-complexity problems.
- Ability to anticipate technical risks and recommend strategic solutions that support long-term growth.
