- Hands on experience in repair and maintenance of All Assembly shop equipment like inversion system, Fluid Filling, Inversion, Brake test Equipment, cranes, conveyors, lifting devices, manipulators, test cells etc.
- Working level knowledge on Rockwell PLC, common control technology, motion & drive technology
- Experience in developing Maintenance Standards, Preventive, Predictive Maintenance techniques,
- Competency in MS Office, Auto Cad and MS Project. Knowledge in SAP PM module
- Preventive and Predictive Maintenance exposure.
- Establish and Monitor maintenance measurable like Availability, MTTR, MTBF.
- Implementation of ISO / QS / TS 16949 / ISO 14001 Systems
Safety best practices implementation and conducts Hazard identification audits and Risk assessment.
- To keep up Assembly shop equipment & system availability to achieve production schedule in Vehicle Assembly shop.
- Electrical Maintenance of Special Purpose Machines and General Purpose Machines associated to automobile manufacturing.
- Prepare Standard Work Instruction/Job Element Sheet (SWI/JES) for activities.
- Spare Parts Planning and Part number Creation.
- Follow up of critical spares and general spares management.
- Proper housekeeping of the assigned areas.
- Planning and execution of Preventive Maintenance schedule.
- All other activities as assigned by the manager from time to time.
